Mr. Khaqan Saadullah Khan brings over 20 years of expertise in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, and general management. Currently, he holds the position of VP – Investments at Engro Corporation Limited. Previously, he served as an advisor to international investors with significant investments in Pakistan. Mr. Khan's professional journey includes roles such as Head of Abraaj Pakistan, Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation, Head of Investment Banking at KASB Bank, Investment Consultant at the Board of Investment, Government of Pakistan, and Manager in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services Group based in Chicago. Additionally, he has served on the Boards of K-Electric Limited, Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited, Jhimpir Power (Pvt) Limited, Mannan Shahid Forgings Limited, Cinepax Limited, Agritech Limited, and Shakarganj Food Products Limited. Mr. Khan holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University, USA.
