Ekta Sitani has been a part of Engro since 2020 and is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Engro Energy Limited, Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited and is also leading the finance function for Engro Powergen Thar Limited.

Ekta is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with over 18 years of diverse experience in Audit & Assurance, Internal Controls, Treasury, Financial Accounting, Financial Planning, Organizational Strategy and Project Management. She started off her career at Ernst & Young in audit and assurance function from where she moved to Phillip Morris International and served in the organization for over a decade in Pakistan and abroad working in multiple roles in Finance and Strategy. Ekta’s strengths lie in her ability to build trust, navigate challenges with empathy and foster teamwork through collaboration and solution-oriented mindset.

Ekta is an ardent supporter of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and champions the cause across the Engro Energy vertical. She is a certified trainer for DE&I and has led multiple awareness session throughout the organization.
